Warranty

Most Warranties in the Stick world are 30 days… But we are hockey parents as well, so your Raven comes with a 60-day Warranty.

Raven covers our products under warranty from manufacturing defects for a term of 60-days after receiving your stick(s). If you believe your Raven has broken due to a manufacturing defect please take the stick & return to the store where you bought it:

Raven does not handle customers warranties directly. All warranty claims MUST go through the store. 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM:

  1. Return to the store you purchased your Raven from.
    1. Take the broken stick.
    2. Must have proof of purchase.
  2. Get a new Raven.
    1. If your warranty claim is valid the store will replace your stick.
  3. Raven will replace the store’s inventory.
    1. Dealer will submit a warranty claim via the Dealer section of the website.
    2. Store inventory is replaced by Raven

IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN THE CITY WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR RAVEN:

  1. Email the following pictures to the store.
    1. Broken stick
    2. Close-up of break
    3. Silver Barcode
    4. Receipt
  2. If claim is approved, store will ship replacement stick.
    1. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
  3. Raven will replace the store’s inventory
    1. Dealer will submit a warranty claim via the Dealer section of the website.
    2. Store inventory is replaced by Raven

Items that are not covered by Warranty:

Sticks that are broken off the ice (non-hockey use). Raven hockey sticks are made to the same standards used by professional hockey players. They are tuned for use on the ice by a player in a certain weight and height range. Misuse on or off the ice that results in breakage will void the warranty. Keep your stick on the ice and play hard until the buzzer!
